This policy explains what information Sanjin Bag (“we”, “us”) collects when you use sanjinbag.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Sanjin Bag is the bag product brand of Sanjin Manufacturing (sanjinmfg.com).

What we collect

Inquiries. If you send us an inquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you type in (such as your name, email address, company, product interest and message) and the page you were on when you sent it.

How you found us.While you browse, the site keeps the page you entered on, the website that referred you and the pages you viewed in your browser’s session storage. This is attached to your inquiry only if you send one, so we can see which page or source led to it. It is cleared when you close the browser tab.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It collects information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site, and uses cookies and similar identifiers to do so.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

This site has no user accounts and takes no online payments, so we do not collect payment card details.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to reply to you and to follow up on your request, including quotes and samples. We use analytics and source data to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We rely on a few service providers, who process information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Resend delivers inquiry messages to our email inbox.
• Sanity stores a copy of each inquiry in our private content database, and delivers product and article content and images.
• Google provides Google Analytics.

We are based in China, so inquiry details are handled there and by the providers above, which may process data in other countries, including the United States.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable business follow-up. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics property.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond.

Children

This site is for business buyers and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
