Why Work With Us
Client Success Stories
Real OEM/ODM partnerships, from first sample to recurring bulk orders.
Scaling a US Outdoor Brand from Sample to 5,000-Unit Reorder
Challenge: A US-based outdoor accessories brand needed a hiking daypack redesigned for a lighter fabric weight without losing water resistance, ahead of a retail launch with a hard seasonal deadline.
Solution: We proposed a 600D-to-ripstop nylon substitution, produced two rounds of samples within 10 days each, and locked bulk production slots in advance of confirmation to protect the client's launch date.
Result: First bulk order of 800 units shipped 3 days ahead of schedule; the brand placed a 5,000-unit reorder within the following two quarters after strong sell-through.
Private-Label Tote Program for a European Retail Chain
Challenge: A European retail chain wanted a private-label canvas tote as a loyalty-program gift-with-purchase item, requiring consistent color matching across multiple print runs throughout the year.
Solution: We built a standing Pantone reference library for the client's brand colors and ran each seasonal print batch against the same physical color standard, rather than re-approving from digital proofs each time.
Result: Delivered four seasonal print runs over 12 months with zero color-rejection incidents, and the program has continued into a second year.
Amazon FBA Seller: From 1-Piece Sample to Recurring Monthly Orders
Challenge: A first-time Amazon seller needed to validate a crossbody bag design with minimal upfront risk before committing to inventory, and needed FBA-compliant packaging and labeling.
Solution: We produced a single sample unit for design approval, then a 200-piece pilot bulk order with FBA-compliant poly bagging and barcode labeling handled in-house before freight.
Result: The pilot batch sold out within 6 weeks; the seller has since moved to recurring monthly reorders of 500+ units per style.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means you supply the design, tech pack, or an existing sample and we produce it exactly to your spec. ODM means our in-house design team develops the product from your concept, target market, and aesthetic direction — you get an original design without an internal design team.
Is there a sampling fee?
Sampling fees typically range $30-$150 per style depending on complexity (materials, hardware, print methods) and are refunded once a bulk order is placed.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit to begin production and 70% balance before shipment, paid via bank transfer. Flexible terms are available for established long-term partners.
How do you protect our design and intellectual property?
We sign NDAs on request before reviewing tech packs or samples, and do not manufacture or resell client-exclusive ODM designs to other buyers.
What's the MOQ for OEM vs ODM orders?
Both follow the same tiered MOQ: sample orders from 1 piece for design approval, and bulk production from 200 pieces per style once the sample is approved.
