Craftsmanship Note
Every unit is checked for zipper function and clean, sealed cut edges. Laminated fabrics are inspected for delamination at the seams, and sealed-seam styles are tested for leaks on a sample basis before shipping. Bulk is inspected to AQL 2.5 against the approved sample.

A wet bag has one job: keep what is inside from reaching everything else in the suitcase. That makes the lining, the seams and the closure the whole product, and the print and shape secondary. We produce wet bags for swimwear and gym brands, baby and nursing labels, travel retailers and e-commerce sellers, in zip-top, roll-top and drawstring styles and in sizes from a swimsuit pouch to a large laundry bag. Work with us OEM, from your spec or a reference sample, or ODM, starting from one of our existing patterns and changing the fabric, print, size and branding.
Materials & construction
PU-Laminated Polyester
The standard wet bag fabric: a polyester face with a PU film behind it. Wipes clean, takes print and keeps liquid in.
TPU-Laminated Fabric
A thermoplastic film that can be heat-sealed, which suits taped or welded seams and a more fully waterproof build.
PUL
Polyurethane-laminated polyester, the usual choice for baby and nursing wet bags and cloth-diaper pouches.
Nylon
Lighter and softer for packable swim and gym pouches, with a laminated or coated back.
Recycled rPET
Recycled polyester face fabric for brands with sustainability targets. If you plan a recycled claim on the product or packaging, tell us at enquiry, because that changes the paperwork the order needs.
Customization options
The decisions that matter are the closure and the seams: a zip-top is the easiest to use, a roll-top is the most watertight, and sealed seams are what separates splash-proof from waterproof. Two-compartment wet and dry designs are popular with gym and swim brands. We can apply a PFAS-free water-repellent finish on the face fabric, and match print and trims to your Pantone reference.

What is the MOQ for custom wet bags?
Sample MOQ is 1 piece; bulk MOQ starts at 200 pieces per design and colourway.
Do you offer both OEM and ODM wet bags?
Both. OEM means we build to your tech pack, sample or reference photos. ODM means you start from one of our existing wet bag designs and we change the fabric, print, size and logo, which usually shortens sampling. Bulk MOQ is 200 pieces per design either way.
Are wet bags fully waterproof or just water-resistant?
A laminated lining with a zip-top keeps wet swimwear and gym clothes contained for normal use. For a fully waterproof build, we use heat-sealable laminate with sealed seams and a roll-top closure, which we quote as a separate construction.
Can you make PFAS-free wet bags?
Yes. We can apply a PFAS-free water-repellent finish on the face fabric, and a conventional finish is also available. Tell us which you need at enquiry, because the destination market's rules decide the choice.
Can you add a separate wet and dry compartment?
Yes. A divided two-compartment bag, with a laminated wet side and a plain dry side, is a common request from gym and swim brands.
Can you handle orders of 10,000 pieces or more?
Yes. A large run can be split across several of our 20+ production lines. Send the quantity and your target delivery date and we will confirm the schedule with the quote, including split shipments if you need them.
