Cosmetic & Toiletry Bags — OEM manufacturing overview
Cosmetic and toiletry bags are the simplest build we produce, which is exactly why they work as an entry product, a gift-with-purchase, or a retail accessory line. A flat zip pouch is two panels, a lining, and a zipper; a hanging toiletry kit adds compartments, a swivel hook, and elastic retainers. The construction is straightforward enough that most of the decision-making sits in fabric hand-feel, lining wipeability, and zipper quality rather than in engineering. Work with us OEM, from your own spec or a reference sample, or ODM, starting from one of our existing pouch and wash bag designs and changing the fabric, colour and logo.
Materials & construction
Coated Polyester
The workhorse. Takes print and Pantone dye cleanly, wipes clean, and holds a crisp pouch shape at low weight.
Waterproof Oxford
PU-coated for spill and splash resistance — the usual choice for wash bags and anything that travels wet.
Cotton Canvas
For a natural, retail-shelf aesthetic. Needs a coated or laminated lining if the bag will hold liquids.
PU Leather
Raises perceived value for premium and gift-set positioning; pairs well with a metal zipper and branded puller.
Recycled rPET
Recycled polyester from GRS-certified fabric mills, for sustainability-positioned beauty and travel lines. If you plan a recycled claim on the product or packaging, tell us at enquiry, because that changes the paperwork the order needs.
TPU
Clear or frosted panels for TSA-compliant transparent wash bags and airline amenity kits.
Customization options
Zipper grade and lining are where this category is most often under-specified. A metal zipper with a branded puller changes the perceived value of an otherwise simple pouch more than almost any other single change — and because the build is so simple, that upgrade is a small share of the unit cost.

What is the MOQ for cosmetic and toiletry bags?
Sample MOQ is 1 piece; bulk MOQ starts at 200 pieces per design and colorway, the same as our other bag lines.
Can you make a set of several sizes as one SKU?
Yes. Nested three-piece pouch sets are common — they share one fabric and one branding setup across all three sizes, which keeps development cost down compared to three separate styles.
Is the lining wipeable or waterproof?
Both are available. A wipeable coated lining is standard for makeup bags; for wash bags that hold liquids we recommend a fully laminated lining with sealed seams.
Can you produce a clear TSA-compliant wash bag?
Yes, in clear or frosted TPU with a fabric trim and zipper. Confirm your destination market's carry-on liquid rules so the finished dimensions comply.
Can these be supplied in retail or gift-set packaging?
Yes — individual polybags, printed sleeves, header cards, or gift boxes. Cosmetic bags are frequently ordered as gift-with-purchase items, so retail-ready packing is a common request.
Do you offer both OEM and ODM wash bags?
Both. OEM means we build to your tech pack, sample or reference photos. ODM means you start from one of our existing pouch or wash bag designs and we change the fabric, colour, zipper and logo, which usually shortens sampling. Bulk MOQ is 200 pieces per design either way.
Can you match a wash bag we already sell?
Yes. Send a physical sample or a product link and we will match the dimensions, compartments, fabric weight and lining, under your own branding. We do not reproduce another brand's logo, label or trademarked design details.
Can you handle orders of 10,000 pieces or more?
Yes. Because pouches and wash bags are a simple build, a large run can be split across several of our 20+ production lines. Send the quantity and your target delivery date and we will confirm the schedule with the quote, including split shipments if you need them.
