Materials & construction
Ripstop Polyester
Light and tear-resistant, the usual choice for packing cube sets. Takes print and Pantone dye cleanly.
Nylon
Thinner and softer for the same strength, for premium and ultralight sets that pack down small.
Mesh
Used for the top panel or the full body so contents can be seen at a glance. Fine mesh keeps small items from snagging the zipper.
Recycled rPET
Recycled polyester for brands with sustainability targets. If you plan a recycled claim on the product or packaging, tell us at enquiry, because that changes the paperwork the order needs.
Cotton Canvas
For natural-look organizers and gift programs. Heavier than polyester, so better suited to pouches than to large cubes.
Customization options
Most cube programs are decided by the set: which sizes, how many pieces, and how the colours are coded so each cube is easy to tell apart. Compression zippers and a carry handle change the price very little but raise perceived value noticeably. We match fabrics and trims to your Pantone reference and can build a custom size set around your suitcase dimensions.

What is the MOQ for custom packing cubes?
Sample MOQ is 1 piece; bulk MOQ starts at 200 sets per design and colourway.
Do you offer both OEM and ODM packing cubes?
Both. OEM means we build to your tech pack, sample or reference photos. ODM means you start from one of our existing cube designs and we change the fabric, colour, size set and logo, which usually shortens sampling. Bulk MOQ is 200 sets per design either way.
Can you make a set of several sizes as one SKU?
Yes. Sets of 3, 4 or 6 pieces share one fabric and one branding setup, which keeps development cost down compared with separate styles.
Can you add compression zippers?
Yes. A second zipper that compresses the cube is a common upgrade on medium and large sizes, and can be added to an existing pattern.
Can the sets be supplied in retail packaging?
Yes. Individual polybags, printed sleeves, header cards or boxed sets. Cube sets are often sold as a gift item, so retail-ready packing is a common request.
Can you handle orders of 10,000 sets or more?
Yes. Because cubes are a simple build, a large run can be split across several of our 20+ production lines. Send the quantity and your target delivery date and we will confirm the schedule with the quote, including split shipments if you need them.
