Craftsmanship Note
Finished dimensions are measured on the sample with the bag packed, not empty, and checked again on the bulk. Shoulder-strap anchors and handle bases are pull-tested inline, zippers are cycled during inspection, and bulk is inspected to AQL 2.5 against the approved sample.

Airline limits differ by carrier and by fare type, and they change, so the spec starts with the external dimensions your customers actually need to meet, measured with the bag full, and only then moves on to pockets, straps and looks. We build compact travel backpacks, slim totes, sling-style under-seat bags and trolley-sleeve carry bags for travel brands, e-commerce sellers and airline or hotel programs. Work with us OEM, from your tech pack or a reference sample, or ODM, starting from one of our existing compact patterns and changing the fabric, colour, pocket layout and logo. Materials & construction
600D Polyester
The workhorse for compact travel bags: durable, light, takes print and Pantone dye well, and holds a crisp shape that does not bulge past the size limit when packed.
Ripstop Nylon
Lighter for the same strength, so the empty bag adds little to a tight weight allowance. A good fit for premium and packable under-seat bags.
Recycled rPET
Recycled polyester for brands with sustainability targets. If you plan a recycled claim on the product or packaging, tell us at enquiry, because that changes the paperwork the order needs.
Cotton Canvas
For a lifestyle look on slim totes and sling bags. Heavier than polyester and less shape-stable, so better for soft, flatter designs.
PU-Coated Oxford
A coated face and backing for water resistance, useful for a bag that sits on airport floors and wet pavements.
Customization options
Three details decide most under-seat programs: the exact external dimensions with the bag full, how the bag stacks on a suitcase handle, and where the quick-access pockets sit. We engineer the pattern to the size you give us, add a trolley sleeve if it will ride on luggage, and match colours and trims to your Pantone reference.

What is the MOQ for custom personal item bags?
Sample MOQ is 1 piece; bulk MOQ starts at 200 pieces per design and colourway.
Do you offer both OEM and ODM personal item bags?
Both. OEM means we build to your tech pack, sample or reference photos. ODM means you start from one of our existing compact bag designs and we change the fabric, colour, pocket layout and logo, which usually shortens sampling. Bulk MOQ is 200 pieces per design either way.
Can you make the bag to a specific airline size limit?
Yes. Tell us the external dimensions you need to meet and we will engineer the pattern to them, and measure the sample with the bag packed. Airline limits vary by carrier and change over time, and acceptance is the airline's decision at the gate, so we build to the dimensions you specify and cannot guarantee a particular carrier will accept the bag.
Can you add a trolley sleeve so it rides on a suitcase?
Yes. A sleeve across the back panel that slides over a trolley handle is one of the most requested additions, and it can be added to an existing pattern.
Can you match a personal item bag we already sell?
Yes. Send a physical sample or a product link and we will match the dimensions, compartments, fabric weight and hardware under your own branding. We do not reproduce another brand's logo, label or trademarked design details.
Can you handle orders of 5,000 pieces or more?
Yes. A large run can be split across several of our 20+ production lines. Send the quantity and your target delivery date and we will confirm the schedule with the quote, including split shipments if you need them.
