Tech cases are the most dimensionally demanding product we make. A tote can run a centimetre wide without anyone noticing; a laptop sleeve cannot, because it is fitted to a specific device and the tolerance is what makes it feel considered rather than cheap. The build is a foam or fleece-backed padding layer between an outer shell and a brushed lining, so the engineering sits in the padding specification and the cut accuracy rather than in the silhouette.

Light, abrasion-resistant technical shell. The default for sleeves intended to live inside a larger bag.
Wool Felt
Warm, minimal aesthetic favored by design and lifestyle brands. Needs a bound or leather-trimmed edge to keep its shape over time.
Coated Polyester
Economical shell that takes Pantone dye and print cleanly — the usual choice for corporate and conference programs.
PU Leather
Premium positioning, often as a trim or accent panel rather than the full body.
Neoprene
Stretch-fit shell that grips the device closely and absorbs shock without a separate foam layer.

Customization options
Send the exact device dimensions rather than only the screen size — a 14-inch laptop from two manufacturers can differ by several millimetres, and the sleeve is cut to the device, not to the label. If you are covering several models with one SKU, tell us which ones and we will spec the padding and tolerance to fit the range.

How is this different from your business bags?
A business bag is a carry bag with a laptop compartment inside it — it has handles, a strap, and room for everything else. A sleeve is a fitted protective case for the device alone, usually carried inside another bag or on its own for short trips.
What is the MOQ for laptop sleeves?
Sample MOQ is 1 piece; bulk MOQ starts at 200 pieces per design and colorway. Note that each device size is a separate SKU, so a four-size range is four sets of 200.
What information do you need to quote a sleeve?
The exact device dimensions (length, width, and thickness), your preferred shell material, the closure type, and whether you need an exterior accessory pocket. Screen size alone is not enough to cut to.
How much padding do these have?
Foam thickness is specified to your requirement — thinner for a slim sleeve that slides into a backpack, thicker for one carried on its own. We will recommend a thickness for your use case and confirm it on the sample.
Can one sleeve fit several laptop models?
Yes, within a range. Tell us every model you need covered and we will spec the internal dimensions and padding compression so the fit is secure across all of them rather than loose on the smallest.
