Pencil cases are small, but they are often the first product a stationery or lifestyle brand puts its name on, and the one most handled every day. We make flat zip pouches, boxy standing cases and multi-compartment organisers in canvas, bonded cotton, polyester and PU, with zippers and pull tabs matched to your palette. They also work as cable, travel-document or accessory pouches with the same pattern. Sample from 1 piece, bulk from 200 pieces per style.
Materials & construction
Bonded cotton canvas
Cotton face fabric laminated to a non-woven backing, so the case keeps a crisp shape without extra interlining. Currently in stock in beige, black, blush pink, lilac and ochre for fast sampling.
Cotton canvas
The classic choice for printed and embroidered pencil cases, with a natural hand-feel that suits stationery and gift ranges.
Polyester / rPET
Light, easy to wipe clean and cost-effective for school and promotional volumes; the recycled version suits programs with sustainability targets.
PU leather
Gives a premium look for office and gift sets at a lower cost and weight than leather.
Customization options
Besides the logo, buyers usually choose the format (flat, boxy or multi-compartment), the zipper colour and pull tab, and whether to add inner pen loops or a second zip pocket. Colour-blocked cases can use two or three colours across the front, back and end panels.

Can you make colour-blocked pencil cases?
Yes. Front, back, end panels and the zip pull can each be a different colour. Beige, black, blush pink, lilac and ochre bonded cotton are currently in stock for fast sampling.
How can a logo be added?
Screen printing, embroidery, a woven label sewn into the seam, a printed or embossed zip pull, or a PU patch.
Can the same pouch be used for cables or cosmetics?
Yes. The same pattern works as a cable, accessory or travel-document pouch; for cosmetics we usually add a wipe-clean lining.
