Quality is built in, not inspected in.
Four checkpoints run from the moment fabric arrives to the moment the cartons are sealed — with third-party auditors welcome at any stage.
Incoming Material Inspection
All fabrics and materials are inspected for color, weight, and defects upon arrival.
Inline Quality Control
Our QC team monitors production at every stage — cutting, sewing, printing, and assembly.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Final inspection against AQL 2.5 standard before packing and shipping.
Third-Party Audits
We welcome and support customer-arranged third-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek).
