Sling & Crossbody Bags — OEM manufacturing overview
A sling or crossbody bag is bought for what it carries without a handbag's bulk: phone, wallet, keys, a passport or a small tablet, worn hands-free. The details that decide whether it sells are strap length and adjustability, how the bag sits against the body, and where the zippered pockets fall. We build sling bags, crossbody bags, chest packs and phone crossbody pouches for travel brands, e-commerce sellers and promotional programs. Work with us OEM, from your tech pack or a reference sample, or ODM, starting from one of our existing sling patterns and changing the fabric, colour, print, pocket layout and logo. For hip-worn styles see our Fanny Packs, and for larger carry-ons see Personal Item & Under-Seat Bags.
Materials & construction
600D Polyester
The everyday choice for sling bags: durable, light, and takes solid dye and all-over print well.
Ripstop Nylon
Lighter for the same strength with a slightly technical look, suited to premium and outdoor-leaning slings.
Recycled rPET
Recycled polyester for brands with sustainability targets. If you plan a recycled claim on the product or packaging, tell us at enquiry, because that changes the paperwork the order needs.
Cotton Canvas
A lifestyle look for casual crossbody bags. Heavier than polyester and softer in shape, so best for flatter designs.
PU-Coated Oxford
A coated face and backing for water resistance on bags that spend the day outdoors.
Customization options
Three details decide most sling programs: strap length range and how it adjusts, which shoulder the bag is designed to sit on, and how the main zipper opens against the body. Tell us the target wearer and the items it must carry, and we engineer the pattern and match colours and trims to your Pantone reference.

Frequently asked questions
What is the MOQ for custom sling bags?
Sample MOQ is 1 piece; bulk MOQ starts at 200 pieces per design and colourway.
Do you offer both OEM and ODM sling bags?
Both. OEM means we build to your tech pack, sample or reference photos. ODM means you start from one of our existing sling designs and we change the fabric, colour, print, pocket layout and logo, which usually shortens sampling.
Can the sling bags be made in all-over prints?
Yes. Solid colours and all-over prints run on the same pattern. Send your artwork or a reference and we will sample it.
Can you match a sling bag we already sell?
Yes. Send a physical sample or a product link and we will match the dimensions, compartments, fabric weight and hardware under your own branding. We do not reproduce another brand's logo, label or trademarked design details.
What lead time should I plan for?
Bulk lead time is typically 7-25 days depending on design and quantity; we confirm the schedule with the quote.
