Outdoor backpacks are judged on the trail, so the spec starts with fit and carry rather than looks: back length, harness padding, hip-belt and ventilation, then capacity and pocket layout. We produce daypacks from 15L up to 40L+ trekking packs for outdoor brands, sporting-goods retailers and team or club programs. Sample from 1 piece, bulk from 200 pieces per style.
Materials & construction
Ripstop nylon
The standard for lightweight hiking packs: a reinforcing grid stops small tears from spreading, and it is lighter than Oxford fabric at the same strength.
Ripstop polyester / rPET
A slightly heavier, more cost-effective option with good UV resistance. The recycled version suits brands with sustainability targets.
Air-mesh back panel
Spacer mesh over shaped foam keeps air moving between the pack and the wearer's back. Suspended trampoline-style mesh backs are available on larger models.
Water-repellent coating
PU or DWR coating on the shell keeps light rain out; an integrated rain cover in a base pocket is the usual add-on for wet-weather markets.
Customization options
Most outdoor programs adjust the carry system as much as the branding: back length, shoulder-strap padding, a removable or fixed hip belt, a hydration sleeve, compression straps and attachment points for poles or an ice axe. Capacity and pocket layout are engineered to your target, and colourways are matched to your season palette.

Can you add a hydration sleeve and rain cover?
Yes. A hydration sleeve with a hose port, and a packable rain cover stored in a base pocket, are two of the most requested additions.
Are the backpacks waterproof?
They are water-resistant: a coated shell keeps light rain out. Fully waterproof packs need welded seams and roll-top closures, which we can quote as a separate construction.

Can hiking backpacks be made from recycled materials?
