Two-Tone Roll-Top Outdoor Backpack — OEM manufacturing overview
An outdoor-style roll-top backpack with a two-tone body: a textured upper in a contrasting colour to the hard-wearing canvas base, which wraps up the sides into deep side bottle pockets that take a full-size bottle. The roll-top closes with a metal hook buckle, a vertical zip pocket gives quick access, and webbing loops and side compression straps run up both sides. The round patch shown is a sample design; your logo is made as an embroidered or woven patch in the same position. Suited to outdoor, overland and lifestyle brands. OEM & ODM: send a reference or a tech pack.
Materials & construction
Textured Upper
Ripstop-weave nylon or polyester with a PU backing for water resistance. Colour and weave can be changed; the upper and base are cut separately, so two-tone combinations cost nothing extra in pattern work.
Canvas Base & Bottle Pockets
A heavier canvas takes the abrasion at the bottom of the bag and forms the side pockets. Cotton canvas for a heritage look, polyester canvas for lower weight and better water resistance.
Customization options
Common changes are the colour pairing of upper and base, a padded laptop sleeve, a sternum strap, roll-top depth and the buckle finish. Bottle pocket size can be set to a specific bottle if you sell one alongside the bag.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from your Roll-Top Commuter Backpack?
The commuter version is a single-fabric city bag built around a laptop sleeve. This one is an outdoor build: two-tone body, canvas base and large side bottle pockets.
Is the bag waterproof?
It is water-resistant: coated fabrics and a roll-top closure keep out rain, but the zip pocket and stitched seams are not sealed. A fully waterproof version needs welded seams and is quoted separately.
Can I choose my own two colours?
Yes. Upper and base are dyed separately, so any combination is possible and matched to your Pantone references.
Can you make matching trucker caps with the same patch?
Yes. Caps are made by our parent factory, Sanjin Manufacturing, on the same site, and the same patch artwork can be used on both, so a bag and cap set ships from one supplier. The trucker cap range is catalogued at sanjinmfg.com.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1 piece for a sample; 200 pieces per style for bulk production.
