Canvas Duffel Bag with Patch — OEM manufacturing overview
A heritage-style duffel in washed cotton canvas, built for brands that sell on character rather than tech specs. Dark-brown webbing handles wrap under the base for load support, a detachable shoulder strap clips on with antique-brass swivel hooks, and metal feet keep the base off the floor. One end has a ventilated, eyelet-lined compartment for shoes or damp kit. The front patch is a sample design: we produce your artwork as a printed, woven or embroidered patch and sew it to the same panel. Typical buyers are workwear and outdoor lifestyle brands, merch programmes and gift retailers. OEM & ODM: send a reference or a tech pack.
Materials & construction
Washed Cotton Canvas
Garment-washed after dyeing for a soft hand and a worn-in colour. Weight, colour and wash level are confirmed on the pre-production sample. Waxed canvas or polyester canvas are alternatives if you need more water resistance.
Webbing & Hardware
Webbing handles run continuously under the base so the load sits on the strap, not the seam. Hooks, D-rings, sliders and base feet in antique brass as shown, or matte black, gunmetal or nickel.
Customization options
Most changes are to size, the end compartment (ventilated shoe pocket, or a plain zip pocket), lining print, strap padding and hardware finish. Canvas colour can be matched to Pantone. Patch shape, size and construction are set from your artwork.

Frequently asked questions
Is the patch artwork shown available, or do I supply my own?
The patch on the sample is a design sample. For your order we produce your own artwork as a printed, woven or embroidered patch, sized to the front panel, and send a mock-up for approval before bulk.
Can the canvas colour be changed?
Yes. Canvas is dyed to your colour and then washed; washed fabrics vary slightly between dye lots, so the approved sample is used as the colour standard for bulk.
Can the bag be made carry-on size?
Yes. Send the dimensions you need. We do not guarantee any airline's acceptance, as limits vary by airline and fare class.
Can you make matching trucker caps with the same patch?
Yes. Caps are made by our parent factory, Sanjin Manufacturing, on the same site, and the same patch artwork can be used on both, so a bag and cap set ships from one supplier. The trucker cap range is catalogued at sanjinmfg.com.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1 piece for a sample; 200 pieces per style for bulk production.
