Denim Doctor Bag — OEM manufacturing overview
A doctor-style bag in indigo denim built around a hinged metal frame that holds the mouth wide open, with a centre clasp to close it. Two snap-flap pockets sit either side of a front panel carrying a large embroidered design, and contrast topstitching runs along every seam. Rolled top handles carry it by hand; side D-rings take a shoulder strap. The embroidery shown is a sample design and is replaced with your own artwork. It suits fashion, Americana and denim-led brands. OEM & ODM: send a reference or a tech pack.
Materials & construction
Cotton Denim
Indigo denim in a weight chosen for structure, with contrast topstitching. Washed, rinsed or raw finishes are possible and are confirmed on the sample.
Hinged Metal Frame
The frame opening is what defines a doctor bag. Frame width, finish and clasp style are selected from available tooling; a fully custom frame is quoted separately.
Customization options
Common changes are denim weight and wash, thread colour, lining print, the number and style of front pockets, and the frame and rivet finish. The front panel can carry direct embroidery, a sewn patch or a print.

Frequently asked questions
Is the embroidery design included?
The embroidery shown is a design sample. We digitise your own artwork and stitch it on the front panel, with a sample for approval before bulk.
Can it be made in canvas or leather instead of denim?
Yes. The same frame construction works in canvas, waxed canvas or PU leather.
Does the denim bleed colour?
Raw indigo can transfer onto light clothing. Pre-washed or rinsed denim reduces this; tell us your target market and we will recommend a finish.
Can you make matching trucker caps with the same patch?
Yes. Caps are made by our parent factory, Sanjin Manufacturing, on the same site, and the same patch artwork can be used on both, so a bag and cap set ships from one supplier. The trucker cap range is catalogued at sanjinmfg.com.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1 piece for a sample; 200 pieces per style for bulk production.
