Washed Canvas Messenger Bag — OEM manufacturing overview
A classic messenger bag in garment-washed cotton canvas. The full-width flap carries a large screen-printed design and closes over two front pockets with antique-brass buckle straps; behind it sits the main compartment. A wide adjustable shoulder strap has a sliding padded pad. The print shown is a sample design: your artwork is screen printed in the same position, or the flap can carry an embroidered or woven patch instead. Suited to workwear, military-surplus-style, campus and lifestyle brands. OEM & ODM: send a reference or a tech pack.
Materials & construction
Washed Cotton Canvas
Dyed, then washed for a softened, faded finish that suits vintage and workwear positioning. Waxed canvas or polyester canvas are alternatives.
Print on Washed Canvas
Screen printing with a soft-hand ink sits into the weave and ages with the bag. Ink colour count affects the cost; a one- or two-colour design keeps it efficient.
Customization options
Common changes are a padded laptop sleeve, magnetic or hook-and-loop closures under the buckles for faster opening, internal organiser pockets, the strap width and the hardware finish. Canvas colour can be matched to Pantone.

Frequently asked questions
Is the printed design available, or do I supply artwork?
The flap print shown is a design sample. You supply your own artwork in vector format; we send a mock-up and a physical sample for approval before bulk.
Will the print crack after washing?
We use soft-hand inks suited to washed canvas. Some fading over time is part of the look; care-label wording is agreed with you.
Can a laptop fit inside?
The sample has no padded sleeve. We can add one for a 13" to 15" laptop and adjust the body size to suit.
Can you make matching trucker caps with the same patch?
Yes. Caps are made by our parent factory, Sanjin Manufacturing, on the same site, and the same patch artwork can be used on both, so a bag and cap set ships from one supplier. The trucker cap range is catalogued at sanjinmfg.com.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1 piece for a sample; 200 pieces per style for bulk production.
