All-Over Print Daypack — OEM manufacturing overview
The All-Over Print Daypack is purpose-built for brands whose identity lives in the print. The exterior shell is cut from printable polyester twill, giving artwork maximum vibrancy and durability wash after wash. We handle full sublimation printing in-house, so there is no minimum per colourway once the base MOQ is met — run two prints on the same order. Front zip pocket, padded back panel, and a 15" laptop sleeve come standard. Common clients include lifestyle accessory brands, stationery and art brands, and promotional merchandise buyers. Supply your own artwork at 300 dpi, or choose from our design catalogue.
Materials & construction
Polyester Twill (Print Shell)
Tight diagonal weave optimised for dye-sublimation printing. Colours stay vivid after repeated washing and resist crocking. The smooth surface also works well for screen and digital direct printing.
Recycled rPET Option
GRS-certified recycled polyester shell available at the same price tier — lets eco-conscious brands pair statement prints with sustainability credentials.
Customization options
The main differentiator here is the print: supply artwork at 300 dpi minimum (CMYK or RGB, full-bleed template provided). We can also change the base shape, add or remove pockets, alter strap padding, and switch to an rPET shell for sustainability positioning.

Frequently asked questions
Can I supply my own artwork for the all-over print?
Yes — that is the intended use case. Provide your artwork at 300 dpi minimum in CMYK or RGB. We send a digital mockup for approval before printing; no bulk production starts without your sign-off.
How many prints can I run on one order?
Multiple prints are allowed on a single bulk order as long as each print meets 200 pieces. There is no surcharge per additional colourway once you hit the base MOQ.
Is the Botanical Sketch or Vintage Map pattern available off-the-shelf?
Both patterns shown are design samples produced in-house and are available as starting points for ODM orders. You can use them as-is, request colour changes, or supply entirely different artwork.
Does sublimation printing hold up after washing?
Yes. Dye-sublimation bonds the ink into the polyester fibres rather than sitting on top, so there is no cracking or peeling. Colours do fade slightly over many washes at high temperature — we recommend cold-wash care labels on retail products.
